In our department, academic advisors hold meetings with their advisees at the beginning of each academic year and during the semester. Meetings for first-year students are held together with the orientation program.

Meetings are recorded using form KYS-FRM-460 Advisor–Student Group Meeting Form; suggestions and concerns raised by students are evaluated by the Department Quality Commission. Meeting minutes by year (in Turkish) are available in the files below.
